- Medical Assessments
The Recruitment Team will advise you if any of these assessments will be used in the selection process.
Psychometric Assessments
This assessment covers abstract, verbal and numerical reasoning, as well as personality and motivational profiling.
We use psych assessments as part of our Selection process to give us additional information on your suitability for the position you are applying for and you will be given the opportunity to receive verbal feedback on your results
Case Studies
A case study is an opportunity for you to showcase your technical understanding.
You will be given a scenario, and then be asked to go away and prepare a short presentation.
You will then present this back to the Hiring Manager.
Medical Assessments
Some positions may require you to undergo a pre-placement medical assessment.
The details of the assessment will be given to you if it applies to the position you are applying for.
